Hemant Singh is the Managing Partner at Lex Arjava and a corporate and aviation law specialist with nearly a decade of experience advising businesses on complex legal, regulatory, and commercial challenges.

He is known for his calm, strategic approach and his ability to deliver commercially sound legal solutions aligned with business objectives.

A graduate of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Hemant advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and ongoing strategic legal matters. Prior to joining Lex Arjava, he spent over five years with a listed company as part of its in-house legal team, where he eventually served as National Corporate Counsel. In this role, he worked closely with senior management on high-value transactions, regulatory compliance, and the structuring of complex commercial and contractual arrangements.

As Managing Partner, Hemant brings a practical, business-focused perspective to the firm’s leadership and client engagements, combining legal precision with a deep understanding of commercial realities—particularly within the corporate and commercial ecosystem.
